Jim Casey Named 2026 Person of the Year by the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of CommerceCHEYENNE, Wyo. – June 13, 2026 – The Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce (GCCC) honored Jim Casey as its 2026 Person of the Year during the Chamber’s Annual Banquet held Friday, June 12, recognizing his outstanding leadership, business excellence, and unwavering commitment to the Cheyenne community.

A lifelong advocate for the Cheyenne community, Casey has spent more than four decades in the automotive industry, building a reputation for integrity, service, and community involvement. As Owner and President of Halladay Auto Group, he has helped continue a legacy of customer service while fostering a culture of giving back.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Casey has dedicated countless hours to supporting local nonprofits, civic organizations, and community initiatives. His service has included leadership and volunteer roles with organizations such as COMEA Shelter, St. Mary’s Foundation, St. Mary’s Parish Council, the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce, and the Wyoming Automobile Dealers Association. His commitment to strengthening the community has earned him numerous honors throughout his career, including the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics and a recent nomination for the TIME Dealer of the Year Award.

Many of those he has mentored credit him with helping shape their personal and professional success.

Jim and his wife, Heidi, have built their lives in Cheyenne and remain deeply committed to the community they call home. Together, they have raised three children and are proud grandparents. Through both his professional and personal endeavors, Casey continues to exemplify the spirit of service, leadership, and community that the Person of the Year award celebrates.
